노긍산문서술기법(盧兢散文敍述技法)에서의 기(奇) = Eccentricity in No-Geung`s proses in terms of methods of description

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 盧兢散文의 특성으로 지적되어온 奇의 실체를 밝히고자 그의 서술방식에 주목하였다. 노긍 산문에는 일정한 규격과 법식이 보이지 않는다. 글의 소재나 제재, 자신의 처한 상황과 현실 등이 복합적으로 형성되었기에 작품마다 서술방식에서 차이를 보인다. 즉 노긍은 작품의 내용에 가장 알맞고 자신의 性靈을 온전히 쏟아내기 위한 서술방식에 주안점을 두었다. 이에 전범에 구속받지 않는 자유로운 글쓰기가 가능하였다. 본고에서는 노긍의 서술방식을 3가지로 나누어 개진하였다. 노긍은 일반적 서술방식이 요구되는 곳에 새로운 기법을 써서 기존 서술방식을 변용, 變奏하고 있다. 심상의 변모과정을 직접적으로 기술하지 않고 소설적 기법을 사용하여 대변하고 있으며, 祭文의 엄중한 글쓰기에서도 眞情을 가정과 상상을 통해 역설적으로 드러내기도 하였다. 또한 산문을 시로 바꾸어 기술하고 있으며 서사에 대한 부분을 시적으로 표현하였기에 생략된 부분들이 많다. 이에 독자들로 하여금 그 틈을 채우게 하고 이를 통해 작품에 주목하게 만들고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper focuses on No-Geung``s ways of describing his proses in order to reveal a nature of eccentricity in his works. And this is for differenciating with other writers in the 18th century who pursued for the eccentricity. It seems that he has no regular standards and forms in his proses. Because he has different ways of describing his works since his own situations and realities in his experiences reflected in his works were formed complexly as subjects of his writings. In other words, he placed emphasis on ways of describing that enabled his spirituality to be wholly reflected and most suited for his work contents. Therefore he was able to write freely without being constrained from standards. This paper classified No-Geung``s methods of description into three parts. He transformed conventional ways of describing by using new technique in works which required general methods of description. No-Geung described a process of change of his image indirectly through novelistic techniques and expressed his sentiments paradoxically through assumptions and imaginations even in a strict funeral ode. Also he converted prose to poem and vice versa. Because his description was expressed in poetic way, there are many omissions in his works. This is his particular way that readers could fill in a gap and pay attention to his works.
